Arrival in Addis Ababa, transfer to the hotel and you’ll have time for a city tour.
DAY 2
Morning flight to Gondar and explore the 17th C capital with its Castles and monastery.
DAY 3
Scenic drive to the Simien Mountains and trek from Chilquanit to Sankaber (3-4hrs). Camping at Sankaber (3200m)
DAY 4
Trek from Sankaber to Geech through Aimetre view point and the Jimbar water falls. Camping at Geech (3600m)
DAY 5
Trek from Geech to Chenek (8-9hrs) through the best view points at Imitgogo (3926m) and Enatye (4090m). Camping at Chenek.
DAY 6
Morning trek to Buhait from where you will have a view of Mnt. Ras Dashen and the endemic Walya Ibex and Gelada Baboons inside it.
DAY 7
Drive back to Gondar with some photo stops and at Felasha village.
DAY 8
Morning flight to Lalibela to visit the famous rock-hewn churches
DAY 9
Morning mule excursion to the rock-hewn church of Asheten Maryam and afternoon visit the rest of the Lalibela churches.
DAY 10
End of the trip and departure depending on flight times.
